In Fuse, ...you can create a “template” IVR application and then customize it for each customer using deployment variables. This video shows you step-by-step how to do that within Fuse.
For example, say you are running a business which helps with patient outreach for medical facilities. You want to call patients and let them know that it’s time to see a doctor for their annual check-up. (Plum Voice can help with that! We are PCI- and HIPAA-compliant.)
In Fuse, you can create an application that says the following message: “Hello, this is a call from [company name] to remind [person name] about your annual check-up with your doctor. Goodbye!”
With this template and the use of Fuse deployment variables, you can easily fill in [company name] and [person name] so that the message is customized to the company you’re serving and the person you’re calling.
So now your message can say: “Hello, this is a call from ACME HEALTH to remind ALICE SMITH about your annual check-up with your doctor. Goodbye!” or “Hello, this is a call from ZENITH MEDICAL to remind BOB KIRK about your annual check-up with your doctor. Goodbye!”
